Strategies for Becoming a Professional Teacher Era of Society 5.0

Era Society 5.0 is a continuation of the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 which emphasizes the humanist side in solving social problems including education by integrating virtual and reality. Learning in the era of Society 5.0 must be able to encourage critical abilities in thinking, solving personal and communal problems, communicating in diversity, collaborating with anyone, and creating and innovating in various contexts. Students must become problem solvers for their community and environment. Apart from that, teachers must be able to utilize various communication and information technologies that improve their performance as professionals. Teachers in the 5.0 era are required to be able to carry out various adaptations, innovations, and creations in implementing the learning process. In various classical books, books, literature, and the latest Islamic education research, discussions can be found about strategies to become a professional teacher in this era of society 5.0. Qualitative research is research that focuses on an in-depth understanding of complex human meanings and experiences in specific social contexts. To make it more interesting, all themes from the results of this research will be discussed with the results of studies by previous researchers. The author hopes that this article can be a source of strategies for becoming a professional teacher in this era of society 5.0. Besides that, it can also be a basis for future researchers to discuss this problem in different contexts and issues.
