Abstract

A change agent is an expert or figure who has the ability to influence clients to make changes as expected. The innovative learning created must be in accordance with the learning objectives determined by the teacher, be able to be achieved as planned, have varied abilities in implementing learning and learning strategies that are tailored to the learning interests and needs of students. This research uses the method Systematic Literature Review (SLR) or systematic literature study steps, namely by first collecting scientific study materials or literature related to educational administration and the basics of organizational development, which is more precisely about the concept and role of agents of change originating from web, books, articles, journals and other sources, where after the scientific study materials are collected, the researcher then studies and understands the study materials. The results of the research found that innovative learning can be formed and run with several factors that form the foundation, namely teacher motivation. Ideally there is a match between the change agent and the client, the object of innovation, the recipient client (adopter) and the media used to convey the message.
