Abstract

Efforts to improve module development skills for the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project and the Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin Student Profile through in-house training are an important strategy in strengthening teacher competence and the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. Through intensive training, teachers are directly guided to design teaching modules based on Pancasila values, Islamic character, and constructive and contextual project assessments. This study aims to enable teachers to develop teaching modules based on the Merdeka Curriculum that are appropriate to the school context and the needs of students. This study employs a qualitative method, with data collected through observation and interviews. The results indicate an improvement in knowledge and skills in designing project-based teaching modules. The resulting modules are more systematic, structured, and relevant to the students' context and the Merdeka Curriculum. After completing the project modules (training outcomes), teachers apply these modules in real-world settings through the steps outlined above. This not only strengthens students' character in line with the Pancasila profile and Rahmatan Lil ʻAlamin but also enhances their creativity, collaboration, and awareness of their surroundings.
